POWER SHIFT FLOOD

This technique is used in large rooms / halls / hangers where there are barricades in the middle of the room.

Description:
The team is stacked out side the room, the amount of operators depends of the size of the room and, the amount of operators available.
The team enters the room. Nr. 1 and 2 takes the hard corners and the rest goes opposite of each others, looking in the centre of the room.
If the room is very big the element leader call additional reserves in to the room.
When the team is in place, the element leader will give the command
POWER SHIFT, this is a signal to make the team split in two. All the operators on the right of the entry point will move up the right wall in a snake formation clearing barricades on the wall and in the centre of the room as the team comes to them. All the operators on the left of the entry point will move up the left wall in a snake formation clearing barricades on the wall and in the centre of the room as the team comes to them.
The two point men must be wary careful to stay on line and not shoot at the team on the opposite wall.

The element leader has to control the teams very strict, because there is a big chance of crossfire in this technique

Pros:
- clears a big room with barricades

Cons:
- There can be some muzzle sweeping in this technique.
- Bad communication.
- Difficult to control.
